His practice spans nearly two decades of commercial real estate across multiple asset classes, shaped by firsthand experience watching the Bozeman market evolve through one of the most significant growth periods in its history.

Ryan advises clients on a wide range of scenarios: market and investment analysis, comparative lease evaluations, lease-versus-own decisions, and ongoing asset and lease administration.

Prior to his real estate career, Ryan served as an Infantry Officer in the United States Marine Corps—an experience that continues to shape his disciplined approach to leadership, execution, and client service.
