Casey Rose grew up chasing the steepest lines he could find, competing and winning at the highest levels of big mountain skiing. After earning his degree at Rutgers University—where he played Division 1 lacrosse and served as team captain—he headed west to Bozeman, Montana, where he built his foundation in land sales and investment across a range of product types.
That background, equal parts discipline and calculated risk, translates directly to his work in commercial real estate. Through decades of extreme skiing and, more recently, 200+ mile endurance runs, Casey has cultivated a steadiness that serves him well when conditions get demanding. It’s a quality his clients feel—calm, committed, and locked in on the outcome from start to finish.
His approach is straightforward: “I’m focused on adding value for clients. In a market like Montana, the right broker and the right network are crucial in pinpointing the most profitable opportunities—including ones clients may not know exist.”
Beyond his advisory work, Casey coaches high school athletes and remains active in the mountains that originally brought him here. After years of living and traveling across the country, Montana was a deliberate choice. “There isn’t anywhere else I would want to be,” he says.
Whether you're exploring an opportunity, navigating a transition, or simply want a trusted perspective on a market, we're here when you’re ready.
